First Date!

Nothing planned, with Christmas break coming up we are both busy with family celebrations. I also work full time on the break. Might do something in the New Year. Kind of wish we could spend New Year's together, toast to the new year and all that, but I doubt that will happen since my family usually does a celebration which I would have to attend... And I doubt she would be invited, but I guess you never know unless you ask.

 

Well I just got to hang out wither her for an hour. It was unexpected, she just texted me this morning that she was going to try to see her friend in a Christmas play at the church next to me, and invited me to tag along. Turns out her friend told her the wrong church so we just decided to go for a walk in the park behind my apartment. Took her on one of my favourite walking trails, stopped at this little bridge and watched the stream below, and we kissed. Also we held hands the whole walk. We were mostly alone on the trails, ran into two people walking their dogs, but otherwise we had the trail to ourselves which was nice. It was a bit cold out, but not too bad. It was a nice way to start off my day

 

Oh yeah we were huddled together, but ya know we live in Canada, and it's winter, so it's gonna be cold.

 

Ugh looks like im not gonna be able to see my girlfriend until the new year. Which sucks cuz our three month anniversary is on Jan 1st. We havent had the chance to spend one with eachother yet. It sucks living in seperate towns, everything would be so much easier if we were in walking distance of eachother. Oh well, i guess we will just Face Time. But it isnt the same ;-;

 

It was great to see my girlfriend again after such a long time apart, we spent lunch together at school, and exchanged hoodies again cuz today I had my co-op so I wasn't at school. I get to go over to her place for the whole day tomorrow so we can make up for lost time from the break ;p
Also big milestone for us, January 1st was our 3 month anniversary. Sadly we couldn't spend it together, but we did text each other all night, lol I was up at 4 am still talking to her. It's amazing how I can just talk to her for hours and it just makes me so happy that I completely lose track of time.

Yesterday was great, we just chilled in her room watching this show she likes that was on Youtube, I forget what it was called but it was cute, then after that we played some video games, I watched her play Detroit Become Human, Life is Strange Before the Storm, and Beyond Two Souls. But the best thing bout the day was that we were just able to cuddle all day long, I really missed that over the break. Oh and she discovered that I am ticklish, lol she had some fun with that. Overall just a really fun day

 

I'm going to her place on Sunday, can't stay the whole day though, my dad wants me to be back by 7:30 cuz he has to go into work early on Monday so he doesn't want to stay up to drive me. But probably for the best, we are supposed to get a snow storm on Sunday night so probably best to be home before that starts.

 

Well the storm started early and road conditions were too bad to make it out to her place. So we didn't get to see each other today. But we are gonna try again next weekend.
