I was born in 1985 so I grew up watching a lot of 90s shows:
    - Reading Rainbow (I know this started in the '80s)
    - Wishbone
    - Bill Nye The Science Guy
    - All That
    - Rugrats
    - The Powerpuff Girls
    - The Amanda Show
    - I also watched reruns of The Brady Bunch, I loved this show.
Basically I watched PBS Kids, Nickelodeon and classic sitcom reruns. Funny enough Disney Channel cost extra to add to your cable lineup back in the 80s/90s and I didn't grow up watching it, we actually got it when I started high school!

Bill Nye the Science Guy we always used to watch that in science class. He had a talent for combining science with entertainment.
Magic School Bus was when I was younger, I went back and rewatched a few episodes and realized how hilarious it was too (great jokes)

I remember Power Rangers being huge in my childhood. Time Force were my favorite. I tried watching it again recently on Netflix and it was so bad and fake looking. Not to mention the exaggerated body language when they were wearing the suits. I was impressed that a woman was the one with super strength because that’s usually attributed to men. I used to watch Sabrina the teenage witch. It was better when she was in college. I also used to watch Saved by the Bell but I can’t even remember the name of one character now.
