LGBT News Jared Polis becomes first openly gay person elected governor in America

Southern states are often portrayed as conventional but sometimes they do surprise us.

 

Colorado is not the south. But good on them!

 

I saw on Bex Taylor-Klaus's Instagram that the states also swore in an openly bisexual woman as a senator

 

I moved to Colorado a bit over a year ago, and it was a big surprise to me to see a Gay liberal candidate who did not run his campaign mainly based off of identity politics. I have to give him credit for that at least.

That said, I still almost vomited while voting for Stapleton (another Bush family shill) as Polis is way too far left to not hurt the economy/ my financial security. Hopefully he doesn't have the power/votes to take even more of my money as Denver/Boulder is ruining this state as it is being flooded with pretentious Calfornia trash that doesn't realize somebody has to pay for the programs that waste money giving it to the lazy.
