Ok my background is married with kids 48yrold. I just started my journey and felt it was important to tell my brother. In Texas fun times right.was kida hard but probably easier for me as I'm older and really would of survived either way he took it. So anyway he took the news good as could be expected so far I still think he is in shock a little bit as news like that kinda blindsided you .it sure did me lol. Just thought I would share this with everyone hope it helps somebody out there to read this.

You took a big step forward well done you...yeah my sister was shocked but she is amazing now . Does your wife know yet,? That was the hardest for me.
It's like a rollercoaster. I started the journey in February and hopefully by the end of the year it will be finished and I can start living .
Just take steps in your own time and pace.
