    one of my friends who is a trans boy started cutting himself and yesterday he overdosed and he had to go to a mental hospital and im really concerned and scared

    It's okay to be scared. This is a scary situation. He's at a hospital which means he's likely being put in touch with people that can help him. I wish you both the best.
