I thought I’d share my thoughts with everyone and see if anyone else feels the same way. So over the last week or so I have really wanted to get my hair cut/styled to more of a feminine style but the problem is that I am still very my in the closet but I really dislike my hair at the moment but I can’t have it too feminine because I work with very judgemental men in quite a “manly” job but my hair is really bring me down and making me feel rubbish.

Hey, I wouldn't let men and how you look to other people get you down, go for, let your hair tell people that "I am Alice! Get used to it"
    See what you think!
    Thanks
    Jack

I agree you should be able to have your hair the way you want. But if you are really worried, why not grow your hair out and then wear it in a ponytail to work? That could look masculine enough people will leave you alone, but when you're alone you can style it in a more feminine way.
