I haven't felt overly dysphoric in a couple of months. COuld this be because I've been doing things to alleviate dysphoria? Since I've been doing things to eliminate dysphoria, I find myself more comfortable with my female body. I don't feel dysphoria to my chest today (now that I'm at home) what's going on?

That could be the case. Some people also experience fluctuating dysphoria. Whatever it is, it doesn't mean you're any less trans.
