I put 5-10 hours because I use it to text people, sometimes use other messaging apps (not necessarily dating ones) and also during my breaks/lunch at work but when I'm home, I spend most of my time on my laptop rather than my phone.

I don't know the exact number, but way more than I should.

Although, I prefer to use a laptop if I have a choice.

I don't use my phone for calling and texting, I don't have anyone to call. I use it for my kindle app, since it would look weird if I read my kindle in public but everyone looks at their phones. It's probably a good thing that phones didn't have apps when I was in school, because I was one of the few kids I knew who didn't text during class. The ones who used their phones during tests, I fully admire their courage.

Too much, more than I would like to admit... however not too long ago, I spent almost 2 weeks in the countryside, and I left my phone at home, on purpose.. I didn't miss it much (except for the 1st day), so maybe I'm not that much addicted... I should do this detox more often...

there is an app, called moment, that allows you to track your hours on your phone, which apps you use most and even set limits or reminders. it is quite interesting to see.

    Calling - rarely.
    Texting - quite a bit.
Browsing the web - quite a bit.
Playing games - quite a bit. I fumble when waiting or when listening to boring lectures that I still need to listen to parts of and can’t leave.
    Social media, apps - no.

About 10 to 15 hours a week. I do not want a land line so use my phone to call my friends, parents, etc.

I spend most of my free time on my phone, and lately I realize that I really should stop doing that. I've been getting headaches and tired eyes.

I would say 20-24 hours a week, though it should drop significantly once the school year starts. I’ve been trying to be more productive as of late, because my phone just makes me feel even more useless than I am already

I use my devices for about 8 hours a day. From checking social media, to watching YouTube videos, being on the forums... It all adds up.
