Okay, so there's a thread about small victories. But, the one thing I noticed is a lot of trans people hate their pre-op bodies. Even some nonbinaries and others feel this way. So, here's a thread for celebrating pre-op, post-op bodies and the extroidinary range of genders that exists. Say something you like about yourself. Feel free to post whenever you want when you're feeling dysphoric, or just dislike with yourself in general. I'll go first. Firstly I think I have great muscular arms pre-op and all I could pass solely on that minus the unfortunate chest.
I like my shoulders and back, they're good from all the swimming I do. I also like my bright blue eyes, they've always been a defining characteristic.
I like my gut, it shows my soft side as I feel that people with abs are more likely to be picky and rude to people. I also like my feminine side when it comes to being sensitive to people, and my ability to read people's emotions like a hawk.
I like my voice, it's comfortably low-pitched and doesn't fit into the male OR female typical range which is awesome. I also like it because hey, I can sing and I have a good range Thanks ever so for the feel-good post. Yous are so many unique kinds of awesome for being able to own yourselves and be like 'hey, this about me is cool."
I like my ability to read really fast and my creative side. I like my hair it's a really thick and shiny and in great condition.
I like my feet; I have always been bare foot whenever possible...I actually have feminine looking feet...I also have had a love hate thing with my stomach
JK, probably my sarcasm and dark sense of humor. I'm also very accepting and can cook and sing very well. I have pretty colored hair and eyes.
I started going gray on my temples around 28, I was kind of not looking forward to that spreading. as it turns out, I really like the salt and pepper look of my beard. it started out reddish brown and now is mostly white with a little brown.
I love my eyes. They are big, brown (dark brown which changes to chocolate brown when the light hits them) framed by long curly lashes. They are little bit doe like.
same way my eyes look quite brown in the dark, but when the light hits them, you can see they are more greenish grey. that's awesome about eyes that they can change colour like that.
