    Hello all!

    I’m Louise located near Oxford in the UK. 32 years old, and been an out and very much proud lesbian for 14 months now.

    My coming out story was pretty tough... who’s isn’t?! I was in a very unhappy relationship then marriage with a man for 12 years where I was well and truly stuck in a closet. How I managed to break free is quite a long drawn out one but happy to talk about my experiences if others out there are struggling with similar.

    My friends and family (most of them) have been wonderful since coming out. It’s been quite a year!

    Current challenges... finding local LGBTQ+ buddies to converse and have fun with. Looking forward to talking to like minded people on here.

    I used to live near Oxford, but now I don't live in the county anymore so anyways welcome to EC, everyone here is really friendly and is willing to give advice should you ever need or you could give advice to people about stuff here, so with that out of the way hopefully you enjoy your time here :slight_smile:
