Everyone in my immediate group of friends knows I`m a lesbian, and I`m fairly certain that most of the people at my school know too, so making an entire announcement seems redundant, but I still want to make sure everyone knows, so that I don`t make friends with someone homophobic. What is the best course of action to take?
Hmm maybe post something LGB related on social media? Casually reference it in a school presentation?
phrases like “my girlfriend” if you have one. alternatively you could reference pride, or bring up gay rights to the person in casual conversation to get their opinion (you could do this maybe by telling them that someone you know has came out and you are happy for them and then see how the other person reacts)

Of course there is the tried and true "announce it on Facebook, snapchat, etc. Other than that...just being who you really are in your daily life will eventually send the "I am Gay" message!
