    Overthinking? Yes it is so easy to do. In the spirit of 'if it helps' you might like to try yoga and meditation - I only say because it has been one of the best things ever in my life. It sure helps you realise that the overthinking stuff is just, like well, overthinking.

    thank you! i actually am trying to do yoga and meditation more. do you know where i can find yoga videos that are easier on the shoulders? i have shoulder problems and find it hard to hold poses like downward dog

    I am no expert but
    I am no expert but I protect my shoulders with a folded rug when doing 'shoulder stands'. Folded so your shoulders are 2 inches from the edge of the rug and your neck/head gets the down space to lower into. With any yoga pose if it is a strain go easy. And breathe and relax your face it's meant to be fun as it were!
