I've been wondering if I am only attracted to girls. I couldn't be more confused...I find that the only way to have an orgasm while masturbating (I'm a virgin) is thinking about/watching guys ejaculate. I don't feel attracted to them but I believe that girls can fake an orgasm and that's a huge turn-off for me. Guys can't do it so I feel that their pleasure is real. I can't watch lesbian porn because it seems really fake to me. Porn stars seem to enjoy heterosexual sex more.
Whenever I see a girl that looks hot to me, my brain stars imagining things (like having sex with her, touching her "parts" etc)....I can't control it! It just happens. I have never experienced it with a boy.
I'd be grateful to those who are willing to help me figure out my sexuality.
    Thank you!

Okay. Based on the information at my disposal it does seem like you are lesbian. Keep in mind you might be Bi and you haven't found the right guy yet. Before you get all caught up think this over, sexuality is just a label. A lesbian could date a guy if she so pleased and vice versa. If you were to so please you could call yourself unlabeled. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

You said you can only achieve an orgasm thinking about men, but you also said you find certain women hot. Why can't you have an orgasm thinking about them? What do you mean when you say they are hot? That you think they are good looking, or that you find them sexually attractive?

I don't know why I can't have an orgasm when thinking about women. In real life girls turn me on but I don't know why I can't fantasize about them. I've never been attracted to boys. Just thinking about kissing a boy or having sex with him makes me feel uncomfortable and a little disgusted. Only penises turn me on and I can't understand why.
By hot women I mean females that I find sexually attractive.

Being turned on by a penis but not a man isn't uncommon. A penis is a sign to both men and women that sex is happening, or is going to happen. So that might explain that issue. As for not being able to fantasize about women, I don't know. Are you just trying to visually imagine them, or are you engaging in a scenario in your mind?

I'm trying to visualize them doing something like masturbating but it's hard for me to fantasize. Usually, I don't fantasize because it's nearly impossible for me to visualize something in my mind.

Not everyone is visual, so maybe that's not your thing? What about something written?
