Is anyone else excited for Love, Simon?

You’ll love it. I watched it 3x already the past couple of weeks and can’t wait to see it again! Everything about it is so perfect and cute.

 

I'm very excited to go see and it.

 

I saw two, free early screenings that my friend and I won tickets to. And then I saw it for a third time in theaters last week; they had aired it in select places on the 10th! I was really lucky ;-;

 

I can't wait to see it!

 

GUYS IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED BUT IT WONT SHOW HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES UNTIL MAY 9 WTF!!!! Nick Robinson is my biggest celebrity crush (bye Jesse Eisenberg) and this movie is so... ME. I really REALLY want to see the movie already! Anyone go to the cinema and video it for me LOL (JK dont do that!)

 

I'm looking forward to it. Maybe I can convince my wife and one of my kids to go see it with me. I don't think it will be released in my town, but theaters 45-60 minutes from our home have it listed.

Wow about seeing it so many times already! From what I can tell from the previews this could succeed with general audiences and pave the way for more.

 

A cheesy gay rom com is everything that I have ever wanted and more. I remember reading cheesy teenage lgbt books while I was trying to come out. To see a movie ah I cannot wait!

 

If you don't want to wait until May 9th to see it, you can read the book the movie was based on. It's called "Simon vs the Homo-sapien Agenda"

 

I was excited but then I realized I can't watch it at home.

 

I just found out that it existed yesterday but I really want to see it. I feel awkward going to the movies alone though, especially something like this, and I have no one to go with so that's not going to happen. I looked it up and found that it's based on a novel though so I started listening to the audiobook in the car on my commute. I'm about a third of the way in and really like it so far.

And yes, Nick Robinson is hot.

I just saw it a few hours ago. That is my new favorite movie. It’s so sweet.

 

I tried to convince my niece and nephew to go to it, but they wouldn’t. They are in HS, but don’t know I’m gay- couldn’t push too hard. I’ll have to catch it sometime soon, but I can’t go to a movie alone.

 

I am so excited!!! I'm not out to my parents though so not sure how I will be able to see it. Fingers crossed.


Just watched the above clip. It made me feel quite emotional as what he says is something that I feel that I will never hear from my own father.

 

Omg, few times will I say this but suck it up and go. Its soooo sweet and I think you will like it. Trust me, no one will care and it will be so worth it!

 

I'm honestly so pumped to go and see it! I love the book more than anything! I tried to originally get one of my straight guy friends to go with me last night, but now I'm going with a coworker on Tuesday ($5 tickets, y'all) and I'm excited!

(I also didn't want to go and see it alone which is literally the only reason I didn't go yesterday.)
