Hey! My name is Emily, and I'm excited to be here! I've been looking for a place to hang out and chat with people who wouldn't be bothered by the fact that I like girls. A little bit about me: I happily identify as a lesbian, even though I've never been on a date or anything like that. I am very much in the closet because of my family/school/town. It's pretty much the stereotype of a small town in the deep south of the United States. I am on track to start college before I turn 17... that's probably my biggest achievement so far. I enjoy music from the 1990s, with an emphasis on grunge and alternative rock from that era. I'm incredibly shy in real life, but I'm pretty open and friendly online (I think). Personally, I think it would have been amazing to be around to hear the music of the 1990s when it was new and culturally relevant to the times. I bet you could give me all kinds of recommendations on music to listen to that I don't know about.
