    If people re-applied under the old system on vBulletin then yes, as we're using a completely different platform and process now. We addressed as many pending ones as we could, but some did get left behind and those users were asked to reapply.

    If you have applied using the new form, which you'll be able to see on this page: https://forum.emptyclosets.com/index.php?forms/ then you won't need to reapply unless there is no active application and sufficient time has elapsed based on the feedback given on a previous application. However, as we have only been up and running again for about a week, it's unlikely any of those scenarios will begin trickling in yet.

    HI. Apologies, the chatroom has not been functional since we transitioned to the new platform. It is on our list (it's actually a front-burner priority we are actively working on now). I don't have a specific date because we're still determining which software platform to use, and once that's done, it will require some customization. I think it's reasonable to expect it will be done within a month or two, possibly sooner.

    There's no specific timeframe, especially given that we probably have 60+ applications right now, and we're all volunteers. We're doing our best to process them in order, and I think yours came in fairly early, so it may be another week or two, but hopefully not much longer than that.
