Hey guys! This site randomly popped back in my mind! I was just reflecting on life and how empty closets had helped me to come out to my bestfriend 9 years ago. From then on, it was easy. Things did get better! Living in Philadelphia, it is sometimes hard to be around others who aren't accepting of gays.. but when you're able to come out to friends and people the minute you meet them, it is an amazing feeling. I remember joining this site and was very scared to be myself. I am now out of my awkward phase and now bloomed into a cute guy Now being 25, I am where I need to be. We will see where the future takes us! I hope everyone else can be themselves well !

Zachary825....I agree with the others, I am glad you came back and made that post. I hope a lot of folks who are still struggling see your post. It's so important for people to see that life can get better! It's also so great to know how much empty closets helped you! I'll bet the site looks different now than when you were 16! ....David
Zachary, it's so awesome to have you come back and share your experience. It's particularly important to our younger members who are struggling to hear from those who have been there and gotten themselves to a better place emotionally. I hope you'll stick around, as I'm sure you have plenty to share from your own experiences.
