    Hey, am glad to be here, am from a very homophobic society where being gay is considered at best evil and I have been dealing with this for most of my life, just glad to be among like minded people. Love you all

    Divio.... Hey welcome to empty closets! I live in the U.S., but I have to say that when I was growing up (1950-1970) I felt just like you do. Society was making it very clear that being gay was not accepted. Being open about it made you a target for some pretty ugly stuff and also pretty much stopped you from getting a good job or even a decent education. I know that in some larger cities LGBT folks at that time had a little more freedom, but not much. Let us know how we can help you. There are a lot of folks here who understand fear very well. .....David
