    1. Find a microwave safe round Tupperware bowl the size of a bagel or a little smaller

    2. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and crack one or two eggs in it

    3. Season with seasonings you like. I stick with Pepper, garlic, onion powder and red chilli flake/powder

    4. microwave for a 1:30 - 1:45ish depending on how awesome or not awesome your microwave is. Just make sure the white isn't runny.

    5. toast bagel

    6. dump egg(s) onto toasted bagel, add cheese if you like cheese.

    7. enjoy

Can never go wrong with a bowl of oatmeal. Add some blueberries and chopped nuts for some flavor; delicious and healthy!

I'm a big oatmeal fan. I just read about savory oatmeal, which I'd never tried.... so I gave it a try, and I love it! This particular recipe calls for cooking the oatmeal as normal, then adding basil pesto, about 2 teaspoons. Top with a soft-boiled egg and some avocado slices. It may sound really odd, but as a break from the normal sweet oatmeal, it was fantastic.

Here are some of my favorite breakfast options...

    > oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon
    > toast and jam on whole wheat toast with two sunny side up eggs
    > cottage cheese and pineapple
    > toasted bagel with cream cheese, topped with sliced tomatoes and onions
    > fruit and veggie smoothie (e.g. bananas, spinach, milk, berries)
    > greek yogurt with granola
    > veggie sausages with english muffins / crumpets
    > apple and peanut butter
    > omelet with veggies and cheddar cheese

I usually skip breakfast, and then have a bit of an early lunch. I'm not a big fan of eggs, sausage, or French Toast. I only really like pancakes, waffles, and bacon.

Well I've devoured honey loops every morning for 532 million years

    Soooooooooooo

Unless you're a fan of honey loops... well you could buy a cereal variety pack & eat one little box per day from left to right. That way it is decided for you (personally I think it's a waste of money)

I like to sleep in and then eat leftovers from whatever I ate for dinner as a sort of "breakfast".

Usually I just skip it (or just coffee or tea) and have an early lunch.

My blood sugar would not allow for skipping a meal. Also the best way to burn calories is to eat within 30 min of your waking day.

By not eating for some people it slows down your metabolism.

I love all your suggestions by the way. It is the hardest meal for me to plan I never know what to eat.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

My decision on what to have for breakfast depends on how much time I have in the morning. When I'm rushed for time, I'll have either some cinnamon or cocoa spice cereals with whole milk, or muesli with walnuts and yoghurt. If I have time, I'll l have multigrain or dark rye toast and/or buns with butter and jam or Nutella.
