Currently I have two favorites:

"For three years I had roses, and I apologized to no one" - Valarie in V for Vendetta

"Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former" - Albert Einstein

That first quote refers to the character Valarie marrying the woman she loved and being happy for a time before the fascist government that takes over imprisons and tortures her for her sexuality. It speaks to me every time I hear it. The second quote I think is funny and true in many ways.
