    Perhaps she has had bad experiences sharing her opinion in an intimate environment before and that's why she is more tentative.

    Maybe so. From what she tells me she did what she thought she should do in her heterosexual sex life, even if she didn't want to, like she considered certain acts were a wife's duty...
