I speak English I moved from England when I was nine and got ignored by my teachers during Irish class so the only Irish I learned was the months of the year. I took French in secondary school and passed I. I know more French than Irish but can't remember much of either.

English is my mother language. I took some Spanish and French in high school (about a year for each). I couldn't stand my Spanish instructor, so I switched to a French class being offered through a local community college for high school students. Since I only took one year of it and I live in an area where it isn't widely spoken I've forgotten a lot of it. I can still count, say the days of the week and a few simple greetings, but that's about the extent of what I remember.

    Czech - My native language
English - Pretty much fluent, but my speaking skills are slightly worse than reading / writing / listening, since I didn't have many opportunities to talk to native speakers.
Slovak - Passively I understand about 95% of the language (less if spoken too fast), but my speaking sucks. I can speak a bit but too often I just miss a word here and there. It is so similar to my native language that it's super easy to understand without studying, but speaking is hard unless you study it or are exposed to it a lot, which I'm not.
Polish - I've been learning this language for quite some time, outside of school. Definitely I cannot say I'm fluent but I can communicate a bit. Never studied it at school but I have a Polish relative and a Polish friend so that helps a bit.
French - I've been learning it for a couple of years at school, but since I got my 2nd teacher, who doesn't give a damn if she teaches us something, I also forgot a lot. I would say my French skills are a little bit worse than Polish ones.
Spanish - Just started studying a month ago at school, so I'm just a beginner, but I really like the language, so I'm looking forward to learn more of it.

Also I know a couple of words from many other languages such as German, Swedish or Hebrew but that hardly counts

Speak fluently : English, Spanish and French.
Understand most of it: Italian and Portuguese though my speaking skills are pretty bad in both as too close to Spanish.
Understand half of it and speak at a basic level: German. I recently moved to a German-speaking country with no previous study of the language so I am currently learning it daily but I am starting to understand quite a lot and can make myself understood in most situations.

I speak English, Dutch and German. Pretty fluent in the first two, and I'd give my German a 7/10.

My native language is Finnish. However, I was born in Sweden to immigrate parents and thus as a kid learned Swedish as my second language. We moved to Finland when I was eleven, but I was smart and kept my Swedish up by reading Swedish books and later by watching Swedish TV when cable channels became available. I am still fairly fluent in the language, but these days I do regard English my true second language.
In the early to mid 90s I taught myself Italian and French, entirely due to my addiction to soccer, lol. I was only able to follow the career of my favorite soccer player from Italian sport papers and French football mags and that was all the motivation I needed  I also studied Spanish in the university for a couple of years. These three languages I can read and understand, but speaking is much harder. I think I could get by in a simple conversation in Italian and Spanish...
I actually studied German in school for many years, but never really used it outside of the class room or even liked it all that much so my German is in a sorry state these days, lol. I can read it somewhat, but I wouldn't include it on this list...
Currently I'm learning Japanese just by watching a lot of stuff in Japanese on YouTube on a daily basis

I only speak 2 languages: English and Bad English.

But seriously, English is my native tongue. I was born in the states after all. I have rosetta stone to learn Spanish, French and German. Spanish and French are just 2 of several languages that I've always wanted to know, and German is because a large part of my heritage is German. Irish is as well, but so far I don't know where to go to learn that. Another that I want to know is Latin. After that we'll see what trips my interest.

I speak English & Assyrian, but I'm more fluent in English. I can't read or write in Assyrian either lol. I did grow up learning both languages at the same time though.

I'm only fluent in English. I took Spanish in highschool, but it's been about six years since I've used it so I've forgotten a lot of what I learned. I remember enough that I could probably scrape by if dropped in a Spanish speeking country, but there would be a lot of pointing and hand gestures.

I speak 2 languages fluently: Afrikaans (My mother tongue) and English. I know a few words/phrases in Sesotho but am still trying to learn it so I can speak it fluently
