She saw a girl kissing my cheek and now she is ignoring me?

    woman and I flirt at work. She was my boss for a while after I started working in another department she told me to come to her office sometime to tell her how i am doing. Anyway we worked at a project and started to spend nights working and got close. Everyone knew that we cared about each other. She is extremely shy but try to start convs with me tell me jokes when im upset. The only thing stopped she is involved with someone else. Didn't see her for few months then i saw her suddenly we had an intense conv we couldn't even talk much we just looked into each other eye she felt nervous and looked down. Next day she tried to wave at me. Then i started to see her by chance outside work she smiles at me. Then one day i was saying goodbye to my female freind my female freind leaned towards me and kissed my cheek and hugged me. Suddenly i saw this woman from work iut of no where she looked shocked she tried to wave I couldn't wave back i felt so awkward and left. Few weeks later i saw her by chance at work. She always look at me and smile a big smile but today she walked right next to me i looked at her smiling but she ignored me like im not there with an upset look on her face. I tried to go to her office but she wasn't there. Whats going why did she do that? How can i fix it? Help plz

    I would say that she likes you and got jealous when she saw the other girl kiss your cheek.
    Is this girl still in a relationship with someone else?
    I'm sure you can fix it but you are going to need to talk to her. Could you write her a note and leave it in her office?

    Oh I didn't realise she was in a relationship. She can still get jealous if she likes you more. Does she know you are gay?

    I think try and talk to her, just ask her if you have upset her or something and see what she says.

    Haha who knows. Women are complicated sometimes. There can be so many factors involved. I would probably just move on from it and just forget it unless it keeps happening.
