Unfortunately, as a man, even saying you have a trace of femininity can be embarrassing.

So with fluidity- it's practically the last thing I'd ever want to express to anyone. There's so much embarrassment and shame for even having considered feeling that way. No offense to anyone, that's just how I feel.

I only ever told one therapist (and only did because I'm less embarrassed admitting it to a female, and also, she had told me she was bisexual already) Unfortunately, she no longer takes my insurance.

My current therapists are male, and I wouldn't want to say that to another man. Though if I did, it may help my situation....

    What should I do?

It's tough to admit that to a man, but he was trained for this.
If he thinks of you differently, get a better doctor.
I am also looking for a good therapist to open up to; not sure if I'm lesbian, bi, or just a cross dressing male.

It's just been tough to say it to a man. Not that I'd necessarily expect judgement, but it's really difficult! Any Advice?
