To start with im 26, 6' 1" and thin.

I have started wearing a cincher corset daily under clothing, and wear a pair of zara moto pleather pants and combat boots every weekend. These 2 items are what lead me into wanting a more feminine, somewhat gothic appearance.

Im not sure where to go for advice as im not transitioning and i feel that its a bit different. Japanese male fashion is more andro but unfortunately i do not speak their language. Halp?

You don't need to speak a language to get ideas. Look at photos and try and replicate it with what you can find. Look in the women's section for stuff that might suit your look. Just cos you aren't transitioning doesn't mean you can't go buy as much as you want in the womens section. Just take a few interesting male peices too and go into the men's changing room. I don't know what your style vision is so I can't help you. Look in alternative sort of stores if you want a gothic look. And search for gothic style shops online, I'm sure there's plenty of resources.
