I'm going to my first pride parade, in Ottawa, and I'm so excited!! Is anybody else going to the one in Ottawa? Share your time at pride and where you went!
so did I, yesterday in Leeds (in the UK) it was great, I had a great time and got a rainbow flag and a lot of free stuff, the parade was amazing fun.
I am going to hasting pride at the end of the month, first time for me. Going to drag my sister down for moral support. Am a little nervous and scared and excited at the same time. A little dutch courage is needed. How was the pride in leeds lizz10 ? Lost of people ? Was the best thing just to find a place a stay put or rome around ?
lots of people, not so many at the parade but afterwards we all went down town to this big area with this huge stage and bands playing so the street was packed, apart from going from more the center of town to downtown leads we didn't really move much
I think it is only the 2nd pride to place in hastings so it is still reletivily new. I think i will find a place hopefully where i can rest or even better sit down and just take it all in.
