What is your voice type/vocal range? Choose from option above (unless you somehow have a small or larger one not specified) I'm a baritone which I find hilarious given how I have the "gay voice".
It's hard to tell. My lowest and highest seem to vary. It went as low as F2 and as high as A5 (which according to the chart on playback.fm, covers baritone, tenor, alto, and mezzo-soprano). The first time I checked, I had the same range as Jonny Craig, and the second, Julee Cruise. I've been told that I have a big vocal range too, which is weird because I talk monotonously.
You seem to be a tenor like me. My vocal range is C3 - A5. You sing four notes lower than I do. Your vocal range is 3 octaves and 2 notes. That is pretty impressive. My vocal range is 2 notes shy of 3 octaves.
I actually have a shockingly deep voice for a girl, genuinely when I heard a recording of myself and my friend it sounded like her and some boy. Pretty funny really.
I don't believe my voice type is up there. My voice type is definitely Contralto, which is regarded as the lowest female singing voice. I have a hard time with high notes so I mostly just stay low. I would compare my range to like Fiona Apple.
My voice...now that's an interesting story. I had a really high voice as a little kid (I'm a girl) and then around 6 it got lower, around 13 it got really high and squeaky again and around 15 I started singing and I was a really high soprano. Then my voice got lower again (which was really a let down for me, I basically had to relearn to sing. Not that I don't like lower voices but that high voice was part of my identity and all I knew how to work with) but I'm still a fairly high soprano overall even now.
Tenor- I find my voice has a natural tendency to lean towards my upper range, and my low range doesn't go much beyond the Bb2. I tend to warm up/vocalize up to the B5 but if I'm feeling on good form and working right up to the extremes of my range I take it slightly higher, but I only use that range for vocalizing and stretching, but performance wise, my rep doesn't take me much outside the standard tenor range.
I prefer alto II, which is what I'm currently singing in a choir, however, more than one conductor has said that I'm actually soprano II. I feel much better as an alto but the diapazon is nearly three octaves, so , I guess, I can pretty much sing anything, even baritone
I don't know where my voice sits, because I never have measured what octaves my singing voice can reach.
^"Singing voice"? What's that? I don't believe I am even capable of singing. I do know that my voice is higher pitched than that of most of my guy friends. So I imagine I would not be lower than tenor if I were able to sing.
Tenor/bari, which makes me sad. Not that I don't like the lower voiced parts, I would just like to be able to sing female parts without the use of falsetto
Range: C3-C6 Tessitura: C4-G4 Break into head voice: Around C5 My vocal quality is rather bright and raspy, and it gets worse as I have less breath support on my upper notes. It doesn't hurt, but it doesn't sound very good to me and it worries me. However, my singing teacher says my voice is quite rich. Idk. Right now, I'm taking contemporary singing lessons. My singing teacher is a baritone, and he has a beautiful broadway-esque voice.
It's a particularly high pitched dying cat! I haven't properly measured my clean singing voice but it's definitely high. Hell, I find the easiest songs to sing (with clean vocals) were originally sang by women who are classed as soprano Death Growling is the only type of singing that I'm decent at
