Well I'll try. Mental BSDM is about manipulating persons mind. Mostly it's done when you cover their eyes, then you can make them think they are having different experience then they really are having. Or you simply leave them questioning. Also it involves play things when sub can't touch the dom no matter how badly they want to. Many times they are not restricted so all they have is their will and obedience.

It can also go trough words, by reminding them they are yours, you have control and they are powerless (while proving your point). You are breaking them with mere words, many times based on things they told you themselves.
