Hi guys!! I've been grappling with figuring out my orientation for a while now, and the best I can come up with is biromantic and ace. I haven't come out yet to friends and family, despite the fact that my family would likely be accepting (I'm really shy about it), because I wouldn't want them to jump to conclusions before I can finish explaining and cause a load of drama In the meantime I kind of need support because I was convinced I was straight for a long time, and I just sort of suddenly realized that that wasn't the case through doing some research, and now I'm just kind of trying to cope with the sudden change (not that I feel uncomfortable with the labels, by any means, but its a pretty big change for someone who doesn't handle change well, lol!!)... I'm very supportive of other orientations, and I can't stand when people are discriminatory XD Nice to meet you all!! ~ Silverbird

Hey Silverbird, I know what you're going through I joined EC for almost exactly the same reasons! I've found EC to be really supportive and a great place to come to terms with this stuff, and I'm sure you will too.
