Hey it would be nice if you people use the following temple,
because other treads with LGBT related movies/tv series/books lacks some information.

    Manga&Manhwa/Anime: Manga: Hanna to Usagi,
English titel "Flower and Bunny" by Kashima Chiaki.
Genre: Comedy, Romance, Slice of Life.
Rating & Warning: Teen & rotten cute.
    Positive or Negative Ending: Positive.

    Anime: Psycho-Pass
Orientation: Protagonist is straight but does have main LGBT characters
    Genre: Sci-Fi, psychological
Rating: Nothing explicit or rude, but quite a bit of gore (though not nearly as much as Attack on Titan) and also very psychologically intense, lot of twisted and dark characters.
    Ending: NO SPOILERS!

Eh, for once I have a contribution to make around here.

    Manga
    : Umibe no Etranger,
English title : "Stranger of the beach" by Kii Kanna.
Orientation : One of the protagonist identifies explicitly as gay, the second main protagonist.. happens to like a guy (perhaps bisexual/pansexual, but we have no confirmation of that, which is kind of an enraging cliché but oh well)
Genre: Romance, Slice of life (and Yaoi)
Rating & Warning: Most of it is for Teens. A couple pages, towards the end, are.. stealthily explicit, without being graphic at all. You can skip them without any problem for the plot. Be warned though.
Positive or Negative Ending: (mostly) Happy so far.

It's probably the only manga I've ever seen depicting a healthy same sex relationship (or close; actually there's "N°6" too- oh well).
I also recommend the two sequel volumes (same warnings, same characters, same story, same author, etc), titled "Harukaze no Etranger".
    Have fun reading that.

    Manga Collectors
Orientation It doesn't really say in the manga.
    Genre Slice of life, Yuri
Rating/Warning Honestly, it can get kinda boring sometimes, but it is cute. It's pretty much just about a couple dealing with one being a shopaholic and the other a book hoarder
    Ending Positive

    Manga: Nirameba Koi vol. 1
English titel "Glare at You, Because - [spoiler in titel]" by Yukue Moegi.
Character Orientation: 1 is Bisexual i think.
Genre: Comedy, Romance, School life, Slice of Life.
Rating & Warning: Teen & character with weird/funny taste,
    Over-protective sibling, Cats.
    Positive or Negative Ending: Positive.

Not you typical Bishounen art style, it's refreshing.
A guy of the student council always get uneasy because one
punk/delinquent Senpai stares at him every time they meet.
"I just want to live a peaceful high School life."

I love that Anime but there’s a lot of odd stuff going on. I haven’t finished the Anime yet, but Haruhi comes across as asexual because she’s shown zero interest in either gender even when a group of Lesbians turned up. It is a good story but the title makes it sound like a male escort service.
