On a scale of 1-20, how much does it bother you on your own face, and how much does it bother you too see it on someone else's?
Also, how many of you have had it? And what was your solution for it?

Ugh, i hate acne on myself, mostly because it is painful. I actually have to take medication because mine was super bad. On others, it does not really bother me because I know it probably annoys them to have to deal with it.

I dislike acne on my face but I don't really pay much attention to it on others. On a scale of 1/20, I'd say a 15/20. I used to have way more acne when I was around 14 or 15 and tried proactive for a bit but stopped because it never helped. Honestly, it just kind of went away over time and while I have the occasional zit pop up, it's not near as bad as it was.

Got no solution for it, but, on me, it bothers me at like a... a solid 13/20, so not all that much unless it's reaally bad. On other people it really doesn't bother me at all.

It's something that I've thankfully largely b been spared from. I never had it as a teenager and other than the occasional blemish that will show up, I still am largely unaffected by it. It has never bothered me to see it on others. It's not a desirable thing, sure, but I'm not grossed out by it or anything. I understand that people largely can't help it. My brother had it bad for a couple years in high school and I know much it sucked for him.

Acne is the worst. It bugs me (on myself) a solid 15/20 or more. I get it a lot for genetic reasons. On other people, it doesn't bother me really at all.

I don't really have acne, myself. On others it doesn't bother me.

Well I had acne on my forehead in my first year of high school and after that acne has never been a problem for me. Like I'll have it here and there but it isn't a problem. My boyfriend though gets breakouts on the regular, doesn't really bother me otherwise

I don't like it on my face (especially the huge pimples that come sometimes) but I don't mind it on other people. The girl I really like has a lot of acne, and I don't think it looks bad at all!!

I absolutely hate it on myself, but it doesn't really bother me on others. There have been plenty of guys I consider insanely attractive who don't have perfect skin. We're our own worst critics.

For me, they're like mosquito bites but worse.
I don't care if other people have acne. I've seen plenty of people who are still attractive and have acne.

On my own face, 3. On others, it depends. Usually, like, 0. I actually don't have a lot of problems with it. My face used to be covered in acne, from 4th-6th grade, but then it went away and never came back. Every once in a while I get a few pimples, but my face stays pretty clear.

Wow, I'm so relieved by all of the positivity! From all of the aids out there about acne, it makes it seem like it's really unattractive to have it. I think I'm like the only person in my school who has it who doesn't wear makeup. It's just that my skin is too sensitive for makeup, so I only wear it if I'm going to a formal event.

I hate it. Tend to get huge, painful boils under the skin regularly. They take forever to go away, and have left scars. I've plenty of blood-stained pillows, towels, and shirts from when they decide to "burst". Usually around my cheeks (face).

On me, it's a solid 20/20. On other people, though, it depends. It normally doesn't bother me at all. I'm much more likely to think it's cute than anything else. In fact, my current crush has acne, and I think he's adorable.

Personally get some mild acne... nothing major, maybe a spot or two or a tiny haze of little red ones on my cheeks and forehead... still, would like to be rid of it, so like 5/20.
On others, generally I don't care, and sometimes actually think it looks kinda cute. Not unlike glasses, braces etc.

When I first got it, I was just like uh teenage stage, oh well....then it lasted 5 years....and now I REALLY HATE IT! On other people it really doesn't bother me, though selfishly that's partly because it makes me feel better about myself! I don't think it's how it changes my appearance so much as how much of a drag it is all the time.
