I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you feel 100% very soon!! (*hug*) On a side note, my day was alright today...not too shabby. I let my students listen to music during 2nd period while they finished their last assignment of the year, and they had a bit of fun at least. My students have an inside joke with me about "Mask-Off" by Future (their daily goal is to get that song stuck in my head), so they played the song through the speakers in class as a joke while they worked, and most of them were singing along haha. Not the most appropriate song for school, but life is too short to be stuffy about it lol. Overall, feeling proud to have been able to teach some funny and bright students this year; looking forward to next year Going to miss those kiddos though.
replying again cause my day was better today... I think I may have found a kindred spirit?? if that's a thing lol
I know I fouled be revising but I was binge watching rupauls drag race. Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckduckduckfuckfuckfuck
I took my car in to get serviced yesterday (Friday). The guy at the shop told me it would be finished by the end of today. Later he calls me back and says that the don't have all of the right parts, and it won't be ready until Tuesday evening. These are the same :***: people who when I took my car in six months ago, put in bad parts and I had to take it back in the next day.
Same here...schools over but here in Spain we have Selectividad/PAU...which are 8 exams in 3 days and they basically ask you to know everything you've studied for the past 2 years...so uhhhhuuuhhuhu... been sitting home on my ass home studying all day.
Okay, I guess. Attended a friend's high school graduation party, which was fun. However I'm also super stressed because the place I work at is closing permanently later in the month, so now I have to go job hunting again...
Very tiring. I spent a good hour trying to finish a script, but ended up burning myself out. Plus, I was up until 6am or so, which hasn't helped either.
Boring as hell in the morning and early afternoon. 2:30 rolls around; watched the Champions League final, which wasn't boring. 4:30 rolls around. Game's over. Bored as hell again, because now I have nothing else to do that I haven't done a thousand times this week. Such is life in rural America. :bang:
Nothing has really happened today, but yesterday I went to a comic con which was awesome. I saw the eighth doctor from Doctor Who from afar, and I bought some cool bookmarks and stickers.
Just woke up and took a shower. Now I'm trying on a new halter top dress on since it's warm and I have to go out on errands. Going to make buffalo chicken Alfredo when I get back home.
