Quantum Thermodynamics, Quantum Chromodynamics, and pretty much anything that covers fundamental studies and applications for materials science, physics, chemistry, medical, life sciences, and engineering. I study much of everything, but I'm predominantly mesmerised with medical studies, often pertaining to the central nervous system. Like Neurobiology.

I really enjoyed learning about genetics back at school. Organic chemistry was interesting too.

Astronomy is great, robotics and clean energy are definite interests as well.
Not to mention optics, bending light into more practical forms. Though I suppose there are none I am truly an expert in, just heavily interested.

Envisioning the next level of spacecraft is good fun, but I have the feeling we won't see anything notable for quite some time. People are too worried about petty monetary transactions and their silly fossil fuels. A girl can dream, huh?

I really enjoy marine biology and chemistry. I'm also interested in robotics

Well, the theory is there and that alone is pretty interesting.

I'm interested in astronomy although I do not know that much about it.

I also like biology a lot. Especially genetics

    Some forgotten branches of science:

Alchemy, phrenology, hypermathematics, and microcalifragilistics

Actually I'm studying electronics and that's my one true love <3 there are so many things that branch from it to study to. The ones that got me the most is microelectronics which puts together a lot of fields to make all the small chips you all love and use  Something that got my interest lately is on-chip communications with photonics, which is like, to put it simple, transmitting information on electronic chips with light. It seems like science fiction

Another part, who not many knows but I found very interesting, is signal theory and whatever comes from that. It's strange how it is unpopular (or at least here where I live).

Last but not least, chemistry at which I've never been very good at unfortunately :\

Oh, on the contrary. Microcalifragilistics is simply a newer more quantum application of macrocalifragilistics :icon_wink

On a serious note: I do have an interest in cryptozoology, even if it is variously classed as pseudoscience. It certainly doesn't have to be.

I like astronomy, but I don't like the idea of going to space at all. I can't leave the comfort of breathable air, nice atmospheric pressure, cozy temperature, decent ecology system, being shielded from cosmic radiation...and I definitely don't want to leave the solar system. The nearest star is about 4,2 light year away and unless we invent some kind of FTL travel, we are talking about thounsand of years living in a spaceship, drifting...in space, with no GPS and possibly with no communication with people on earth. And somehow the ship is fueled. Absolutely mind-boggling.

It doesn't have to be, but since it doesn't follow the scientific method, it is.

That said, I enjoy folklore and mythology a fuckton, so the concept of cryptozoology intrigues me, even if the chances of it ever turning up anything is extremely slim.

Astronomy. I've always had a fascination with Outer Space.

Would Metaphysics fall into that category?
