So straight men dislike the idea of two men, but have no problem with two women?

    I had no idea. Straight men actually like the idea of seeing two women together, but dislike the idea of two men. I knew that they didn't like gay men, but I thought they were indifferent to lesbians or bisexual women, not excited about it.

    I don't know why but my brother for example realy hates gay men but he has less of a problem with lesbians. He doesn't like that ether but we watched orange is the new black together and stuff like that with lesbians, even the sex scenes doesn't bother him that much but if there is any gay men interaction he freaks out. I honestly don't get why but ok

    I think this is only from a sexual point of view, and it makes sense- straight men are attracted to women, not to men- so why would they like seeing two men kiss or have sex?

    But they don't really support lesbians from an actual social level either. It's purely a fetish to them, but once a lesbian admits she doesn't like men...the same straight male who fetishized her will call her a dyke, throw rape threats, and so on. A lot of men who watch lesbian porn also disown actual lesbian daughters. It's a bullshit cycle.

    But I was a bit shocked that some straight guys will actually prefer bisexual women over straight women. Apparently to some of them, straight women are boring. And that sucks because I'm a straight girl.

    Okay. That's true. So the issue isn't about them being gay, but the fact that they are women. And you're right. Women (gay, straight, bisexual) will definitely be a turn on to straight men.

    Yeah, bi girls are more interesting because they will obviously want to fuck a man and a woman at the same time, and two girls getting it on is hot because girls are hot.

    ^^ This statement has no logic whatsoever, and honestly, if a guy says that to you, go for someone else.

    Really, this "acceptance" of lesbians vs not accepting gay men is rooted more so in fetishizing than accepting them on a personal level.

    Honestly, if you were bi, I don't think it would be much better. What if you were monogamous and didn't like threesomes, even as a bisexual? Straight men that fetishize threesomes would still have no use for you.

    It kind of sucks on both sides.

    One of my straight cousins loves the idea of two women having sex because as he says...he can enjoy the bodies of both women. However, the thought of two men engaging in sex or even PDA disgusts him.

    You can also blame religion. After all the bible only mentions men with men being a sin. Plus it was acceptable for a man to have more than one wife and women had less rights than slaves in many cases back in that time period.

    But it is more than likely the porn industry's fault.
