I don't like the idea of dating a guy with makeup, BUT I think it's cool I think it reminds me of guys who are into Goth, Emo, Visual kei or punk. Sorta like a way of expressing yourself and at the same time rebelling against social and gender norms. I think guys who do that are like the new punks they say " FUCK YOU GENDER NORMS AND SOCIETY!!" with how they go about themselves.

I mean gender to me is just an opinion, you feel how you feel and that's it.

They can wear whatever they want. It's none of my business.

it really depends on it. I don't really like very over the top make up on either of the genders so:

as long as it's not too much you can totally go for it.

He can do what he likes.

I am attracted to feminine guys, so him wearing make up would definitely attract me. Although not applied like drag-queens, more low key.

I quite like men's eyeliner, see BBC's Moriarty, I think I'd look nice with it as well if I could apply it. I've tried female eyeliner, it went a bit 'panda eyes', so I think I'd like to try men's one because it's thinner.

I like men with makeup. I like that 80s look, like Visage and Boy George. Pretty cool I say.

Some men look really good with makeup, like Jeffrey Star. I don't even like make-up yet, I enjoy watching his videos especially, when he makeups other guys.

I think Kpop boybands have their makeup done really well by the makeup artists. In general, I don't see many guys wear noticible makeup in daily life, so when I do, I'm impressed by how good the makeup is. (I FAIL at makeup which is why I almost never wear it)

I have and prefer a more conservative appearance but makeup isn't necessarily ugly.

I do find it difficult to appreciate makeup on men to the extent I accept it on women on an aesthetic level, for obvious reasons of socialisation of appearance, despite having no moral, gendered objection to it.

I don't mind minor makeup. In some cases I think it can look good.

However in other cases I feel like it simply just makes them look quite random..

It's not a big deal to me. This is a great way to start gender equality.

I guess it depends? The same on both cases, I'm more of a fan of subtle makeup, like a thin lavender instead of neon green for example. Feels less over the top.

But honestly that's just a preference, if that's you then rock it. Who am I to judge?

Go for it, it can look great on guys. And just like clothes, it's a way to express your identity
