How do you cope with boredom?

    TV is my full-time baby sitter pretty much. However I need to escape its clutches to get back into reading and writing.

    But at the moment I'm bored most of the time as thanks to my depression I've lost interest in everything

    Reading (fanfiction or books), writing, watching TV, play with the dog or cats, watch YouTube, play games (flash games, Wii, NES, etc), collage/draw/paint, practice guitar, listen to music...sometimes I want to go driving or for walks/hikes and very occasionally I'll actually want to do homework and assignments...

    if I feel bored, it usually means my mood is low, and the real boredom occurs very rarely to me.

    I will go play a game, usually OSRS (if any of you know what that is then tell me haha) but I do like playing console games , watching YouTube , playing board games and reading magazines :slight_smile:

    I usually daydream, watch youtube videos, binge watch TV shows, or play some random videogame I found online....

    My problem is not finding what to do when I am bored, but getting stuck on that topic until I have procrastinated my life away. XD

    I try to be creative or learning all the time. I find having a regular schedule of activities/hobbies helps a lot in not getting too bored.

    Also, for me, I like to have things that can be finished quickly, such as a daily drawing in my sketchbook if I can't make a bigger piece of art.
