Does anybody like creepypasta? if so, what's some of your favorites?

A few of mine: Ticci Toby, Laughing Jack, Zero, Jason the Toymaker, BRVR.

P.S. Does anyone know where i can find Hobo Heart's original story? I can only find fan ones.

I've read a few. I kinda hate horror, because it usually just tries to scare you by building a bit of suspense and then jumpscaring you. However, I enjoy the type of horror that creeps up on you and just makes you feel unsettled, and creepypasta is good at doing that kinda stuff.

However, the only creepypasta I thought was soo good that I remembered its name and contents was "BEN drowned." Holy shit, that was unsettling, and the way it twists something that I, as a gamer, am familiar with made it scarier.

I subscribe to Mr.Nightmare on youtube as well.

The reverse Song of Healing still sends huge amounts of shivers down my spine.

I never watched any. I only heard the term a few months ago. I did watch Channel Zero Candle Cove which I think was supposed to be based on them

I've been in and out of the Creepypasta community because of how the fan worship can be and how the majority of the ones who do get attention (Slender Man, Jeff the Killer, Majora's Mask) are either mediocre/terrible or lost their charm because of how overrated they've become. I think I'm also bitter about the ordeal, because stuff like the endless Jeff/Jane the Killer fan stories and shit like that, drown out any chance of other writers with original ideas of getting noticed. I've been writing CPs since 2011, and only a few of them ever really got noticed--especially the stuff from three years ago.

Candle Cove, Bunk Beds, Where Bad Kids Go, The Storm Man, and Picture This are some of my favorites. I don't listen to a lot of them much these days, but I was the biggest fan of MrCreepyPasta and TheLittleFears way back in the day. SomeOrdinaryGamers does some readings now and then, but not many interest me.

I love the experiment stories. The famous Russian Sleep Experiment is one of the better experiment stories. I forgot the other title of the stories, but my favorite was about the experiment where the scientist removed all the senses from several human lab rat and hell happened.

I love creepypastas. A few of the ones that took my sleep away was Slenderman, Jeff the Killer and Ben Drowed. There were many others that did their job, but I can't remember their names.

    So do I.

I hate them, they scare the crap out of me. Now, I never said I've never read any. Ben Drowned and Lavender Town were very good, at least out of the few I've seen

I LOVE creepypasta's I prefer to listen to them though cause it has a cool/eerie vibe to it. I treat them like bedtime stories and usually listen to them before napping or something. I really like listening to Natenator77 he's not as popular as say Mr.Creepypasta or CreepsMCPasta but his voice is really awesome lol.
I'm not sure which story would be my favorite though I've listened to so many and I feel like after awhile all creepypasta's just seem to blend together, it gets a lot harder to find a story that really stands out or has something very different and memorable about it.
I liked 'strangers' it isn't all that scary but the concept is pretty cool. I remember I also REALLY liked 'quitting' I don't remember too much about it now but it was pretty creepy/weird.

    Aww hell nah.
Im seriously scared of the dark and these give me endless wide eyed nights. I saw some pictures and heard about the Russian sleep experiment which I actually thought was true at the time. I also read alot of the NRC or something along those lines that basically trap un natural things like "shy guy" or the "human gun"

I've watched some Slenderman web series, like Marble ******s/ECKVA, TribeTwelve, EverymanHYBRID. I find the visual effects interesting, but I couldn't care much for the acting and stories. Being chased and followed is a natural fear of mine, so Slenderman videos really freak me out.

I also like the SCP Foundation. It's sterile setting is not often seen in creepypastas, and some SCPs are genuinely mysterious and scary.

Also, Smiling Dog or whatever it's called scares the crap outta me.

Man, brings back memories. Had a major creepypasta phase at one point. Laughing Jack and Smile Dog absolutely terrified me, enjoyed most of the stories such as Sonic.exe and Jeff the Killer...

Anyone else know about the Jeff the Killer rewrite contest? Check out Jeff the Killer 2015, actually pretty cool.

    Peace.

creepypasta that always got me was the staircases in the middle of woods/forests. it usually was a story told by park rangers and how they were never told about them till they saw them and was always warned not to climb them with no reason as to why.

Dont know if theres any stories out there that touch on what happens if u climb them. i came across this on youtube i beleive

Check out a video Corpse Husband did where he did readings of accounts by a park ranger. It's two hours long, but amazing. There's lots of mentions about the stairs and stories they had about them.
