    Hey friends,

I've recently been dealing with a bout of anxiety that is more intense than normal. Previously I've battled depression, and I have coping techniques for those instances, but I realized I don't know what to do to help relieve my anxiety.

So I was wondering - what do you do to help with your anxiety? Have any tips/strategies for getting through the long days (and nights)?

    Thank you kindly.

Hey there. Do you know what is the source of your anxiety?

I have mental health professionals helping me out and my friends and family. However, one thing i found kind of helpful was this app called Mindshift, it's an app that helps you deal with anxiety. so i would check that out if i were you.

My wife used to suffer horribly from anxiety, fear. I would come home and find her in tears, and she would give me really off the wall reasons that made no sense. In the end it turned out her church had reformed her from her diseased sexual perversions and turned her asexual when she was 14 years old.

Finally she recovered repressed memories at the age of 36, and she could begin healing. I wish I could offer something more useful.

    Be well

Thank you everyone for your input, I really appreciate it. I am going to try out that app, and hopefully it will help relieve some of my anxious thoughts.
