    Or if you are anything like me, your mind is making you believe this when it just isn't true. I have anxiety and didn't realise it was as bad as it was for a long time. I spent years convincing myself that everyone detested me, when in fact I have many people in my life who love and care for me.

    I'm sorry you feel that way. I have to deal with that sometimes too (though it's more that people just don't care rather than hate...not sure which is worse), but I'd like to believe that's not true. :frowning2:
