I played them... personally my favorite is Fallout 4, but it could have been better with a space dlc, I hated getting teased with space in Nuka World only to not go to space.
I've played 1&2 for countless hours. 2 is my favorite, 3&4 were ok, but didn't have the same feel as the old Fallout games. New Vegas felt much more like the old games and is my favorite of the 3D games by far. 1 is good but 2 had far more to offer and was way more in depth with everything. If you're going to start playing 2 I'll go ahead and warn you right now, most people think the tutorial/starting area is rather brutal if you you aren't familiar with the game.
Ohh nice some Fallout 1&2 Players here I have played F1,F2,Fallout Tactics,New Vegas I never finished because it kept crashing on me and I lost so much save games, Fallout 3 I finished but not so connected to it as the rest...Fallout 4...I do not have the machinery and equipment at the time to play it. I still have the original huge boxes and a map dedicated to Fallout when I was a teenager drawings and stuff...oh good times Now I decided because of this topic, I am going to play NV tonight again See if there is a patch etc. (PS3) 2 was the greatest I agree Quist, I am trying to think of 2 the beginning, because of the trial in Klamath? Or the town.... or is it because of the bloody mess, I think I remember u can disable gore levels..not sure... I love top down view like Diablo 3, I wish they made another one, now Wasteland seems similar *kind of the inspiration game for Fallout* I do have it but I still need to play it. The new kick starter Wasteland game. Did any of you play that?
I played them when GoG game them for free, and I was quiet surprised they had the VATS system even in those old games! that was pretty awesome. Plus a nice storyline and great RPGs in general
GoG? I remember something about it just checked it! they have Arcanum (also made by loads of developers from Fallout 1 & 2 I believe) ! And Neverwinter nights, Awesome, oohh Torment to : D Love it, memory lane that Roleplaying selection! Glad you liked Wasteland, I will start one of these days
