like shedding that fat, gain muscle, or get better at a certain sport or pick a new one, or go to mout Everest...
I'm looking to lose the fat that I have and when the weather permits I'm going to get way more into mountain biking. I need to lose 15-20 lbs.
I'm beginning to wean myself off pop and I'm going to start eating less processed foods. My goal is still to get below 300 by the end of the semester.
Lose lose lose. Muscle mass must go. Will try to keep it from simply turning into fat though...(aka exercise)
Losing 70 lbs by the end of this year and converting the fat percentage in my body to pure muscle mass.
I thought I was about 20# overweight, then I weighed myself. I need to lose about 40# for my height/weight ration to be in the high normal end range.,,,lol Really though if I could just lose my belly and tone up my arms, I'd be happy. Problem with losing weight is that the bust is the first to go and I don't want to lose what I finally have.
I'm about 120 lbs and want to make it 150 lbs, perfect for my height. But I don't want to check my weight all the time, stress me out lol. My goals are rather strength based, like X reps of one arm push up or Y reps of pistol squats. I'd like to pick up parkour in the summer
Current aims: Run a 5k in under 21min, current PB in my local Park run 5k is 21:33. I would also love to run a mile in under 6 min, the closest I've got after turning 60 was 6:14.
I want to one day be one of those really muscular guys, I love the gym atmosphere and always enjoy going but I haven't actually been to a gym in quite a while. I miss it.
Swim more, so my belly is going to be completely flat again. I am tall so it is not very noticable but I need to swim, but its so cold to bicycle there *I purposely do not own a car, but I am considering to get one..its so cooooold* Swimming is nice because it trains all muscles at the same time, and there are water group sports to join with my membership
I want to get strong, and also increase my endurance with running and stuff, so I can do more athletic stuff for longer.
I at one point wanted to become superhero fit, but being more of a bookish type, it takes too much out of me to devote to weightlifting and eating obscene amounts of food. So I have decided to focus on leaning down, cleaning up my diet, and continuing to do yoga, running, and swimming. Ideally I'd like to have a thin athletic look. Basically what Robert Downey Jr had going on when he played Sherlock Holmes.
Run another marathon and this time remember to actually time it so I know how I did. And to start doing soccer drills at home to help prepare me for when my upcoming season starts back up.
