    I am a straight guy. My wife is bisexual. She was raised religious, and had homosexual thoughts at the age of 12, persisting until she was 14, along with heterosexual thoughts. Bisexual. She is without doubt bisexual.

    At the age of 14 something happened, we think related to her church, and she repressed all thoughts about sex of any kind. She remembers some pretty wild stuff right up to then, then nothing.

    That repression lasted until she was 36 years old. Then she says it was like a dam bursting, in a single day. At first I challenged her to prove she really was interested in women. She proved it. Over the years she had girlfriends. The first two were exclusive to her, but I decided I didn't like that. After that she sought only women interested in being shared with me, and then just couples for friends with benefits.

    Right now she dropped that and wants a friend she can love, though. Mary is very romantic, and is looking for love. Can she love both me and a woman? We know she can love a woman. She has fallen hard for one of her girlfriends already. Now she needs to find the right girl. She says she needs to believe it is possible.

    Mary feels, she thinks with her heart. She is all about emotions. She dreams. Who knows what the future holds. I know one thing: I will hold her hand forever, whatever comes. I let go once, and it hurt too much.

    To answer your first question, YES it is possible for Mary to love both you, and her girlfriend, just remember, that the love Mary feels toward her girlfriend, and their relationship dynamics will be more than likely be different that Mary's love for you, and the dynamic between you and Mary.
    Basically you have described a Poly-amorous triad..... (yes, this is where you stand up and shout "PLOT TWIST")........
    Look at it this way, Do I love my daughter any less than her mother? Of course not. I just love her differently. My wife and I have been married for close to 20 years, and for half of that I have had a long term relationship with my girlfriend. They know each other, and have become friends. No, they are not intimate with each other, although I am intimate with them both. A classic poly "V", that has worked for us for these many years....

    I suggest thatyou Google the following terms;
    Polyamorous
    polyamory
    poly relationships
    polyamory and bisexuality

    of course I'm just a Poly, Bi, Trans-woman on HRT.........
    hugs

    I don't like porn. But occasionally we watch some. Mostly for the comedy value.

    The way my wife told me was to queue up a lesbian movie clip one day, after we had been married for 18 years, and the only thing she said to me was, "I want to try that."

    As it happens, we are wild and crazy kids, so the next 25 years have been very different.

    Be well
