...and she gives birth to a baby with a sperm donor, does that mean that I would be the biological mother of the child, not her? Would the baby only have my genes or would it have the genes of both me, my wife and the sperm donor?

I'm taking that you would be the biological parent.

Babies are created by a sperm and egg. The uterus cannot pass any genes on its own. For example, let's say a woman has no uterus or hers doesn't work properly, so she does IVF and inserts it in a surrogate mother. The baby is still 100% hers genetically and has no biological relation to the surrogate.

Damn I have never thought about this until recently. Like I never actually considered that I would ever have a biological child.

I am going to start looking after my health from now on, so that I can make a healthy baby one day :eusa_danc :roflmao:
