Depends why you like them I guess. I mean trans men are men, so technically you can't be a lesbian who likes men, you know. However, if they do not pass at all and you are strictly attracted to their physical features (pre everything), you could still technically be a lesbian since the brain is wired to read physical features instead of gender identity. But if you were to actually date them it would be another story, as they will become more physically male with time.
Why place a label on yourself? It doesn't make you any less of a lesbian noone is completely gay. Attraction is subjective and often fluid I've discovered.
I would consider you bisexual but not attracted to cis men (assuming you're not). This is kind of a difficult subject.
