    Weird question, I know. But I've noticed that a lot of people prefer Powerade over Gatorade. I prefer Gatorade because, 1) it's cheaper here 2) it tastes better and 3) I prefer the Gatorade bottle that has the twist top.

    Which one do you prefer? :slight_smile:

    Generally neither, but recently I tried using Powerade as a chaser for shots of vodka and its way better than soda. Also Gatorade is just sugar water.

    I have a slight preference for Powerade. I like them both while I'm drinking them, but something about them(more Gatorade) gives me a headache and makes me slightly nauseous. I'm not sure what it is about them..I do generally like the flavors though.

    That's odd. I usually freeze the Orange Gatorades and drink them when I feel sick. so I have a kind of slush drink that tastes alright. Funny how differently people respond to stuff.

    It is odd..Hawaiian punch does the same thing to me, I wondered about the sugar but I can drink a large soda(with the exception of Mt. Dew) and be fine.

    It can be the sugar combined with the watery texture. Some people actually cannot stomach even plain water, so it's possible that your stomach just doesn't like the watered down combination. Or, it could be an ingredient in the drinks.

    I like the red and light blue Gatorade drinks... They all sort of taste like powder in water though, even cold. :/

    I prefer the sugar-free Vitamin Water drinks, as they are one of the few electrolyte enriched beverages made with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners or sugar laden syrups.

    Gatorade. I never really got into Powerade but it's drinkable. I like the Blue, orange, and red, and yellow flavors.

    I only drink Gatorade when I'm: A) running more than an hour (half marathon training), or B) very sick.

    I don't generally drink either, the last time I had Gatorade really was a few years ago at an all-day horse riding competition and it was bloody hot. (about 100 degrees) I only drink such stuff when I'm doing something really physically taxing. If I'm drinking something like it, I'm going to drink blue Gatorade, all the other flavors are kinda meh.

    I enjoy Powerade more. Gatorade, after a while, leaves a really sugary taste in my mouth.

    We don't have Gatorade here as far as I know, but we do have PowerAde and Energade, and I don't have a preference of one or the other. I usually pick the "naartjie" flavour of either. (Not sure what it's called outside of South Africa though. Think it's tangerine).
