I love the West Wing theme song. A lot of the scoring in Jane the Virgin is also amazing.
When I was younger, I loved the music in the newer Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie (the one with Johnny Depp). I also love the Perry Mason theme song (my family and I used to just sing the theme song to each other as a way of saying "Do you want to watch Perry Mason?").

The "O Brother Where Art Thou?" soundtrack is an excellent collection of old timey bluegrass-type songs, especially Man of Constant Sorrow.

And, of course, the music from "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" will always hold a special place in my heart.

Ooh! I know an old game (very underrated) which OST I liked. My favorite one was this one: https://youtu.be/CV5B0t0STDs

Overwatch has a really good soundtrack too. I like the victory theme, and I like the electro swing remix of it too.

Dragon age: Inquisition and Final Fantasy XV have amazing soundtracks. I also like Now You See Me and The Prince of Egypt.

So this game is very recent, but while waiting for the PC release of Nier: Automata, I decided to give the OST a listen.

    Holy. Fucking.Shit.

Gone Girl movie score. Gives me the chills every time I listen to it. It is the only movie soundtrack/score I own on vinyl format.
A few songs from the score:
    Sugar Storm
    Appearances
    Just Like You

Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross also do a great score with David Fincher's other films, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Social Network.

A lot of the pokemon soundtracks are great. Gen 2 and 3 especially.

The Undertale ost is great as well.

Undertale is absolutely amazing. And if we're also talking about movies, the LOTR trilogy's soundtrack is stunning.

Also, the Dark Knight is insanely amazing. Lost's soundtrack is great as well.

I love Final Fantasy IX's soundtrack. It's a tough call, but I think it's the best one in the series.
As far as films go, I just don't think you can beat LOTR or the Hobbit trilogies.

Starbound, becoase of it's mix of calm and exiting, and the use of vocals.
Airships, becoase it sounds amazing, and the ratchets add to it.
