No, unicorns are not real. They are legendary creatures. The picture of Secrets5 is of a deer (a Roe deer) with a genetic flaw. There are very very few genuine pictures like this. So no, perhaps unfortunately to some, unicorns are not real.
I'm sorry but it is true, you can image search the picture if you wish. =] So yeah, there is some deer that resembles a unicorn (or could qualify as a unicorn), but this doesn't mean that what people often call unicorns is real.
Huh...I'd always heard "unicorn" (or "unicorn bisexual") to refer to a bisexual women who was willing to have sex with both members of a married couple...legendary creatures that are much sought, but rarely spotted.
