I sleep on my side, in a loose fetal position.

Before I can fall asleep, while in bed, I pull the covers away from the floor and have the end tucked under my feet (like a burrito). Then I turn on my side and must have some bit of blanket between my knees. I then proceed to switch between sides every couple minutes until I fall asleep.

There must be some faint light in the room. Typically I crack the window shades half open so moonlight or faint city lights can come in; I cannot sleep if it is pitch dark.

I do not, to my knowledge, snore, sleep walk, or sleep talk. I am quiet "medium sleeper," as in, I neither awake easily nor with difficulty.

I sleep talk sometimes and people told me it's pretty scary...
Also I use to wake up at 3am and 5am without any reason

I sleep on my back with my arms and legs sprawled out lol. I occasionally wake up with my arms crossed on my chest though.

I sleep mainly on my sides. I have two pillows - a larger firm one, and a smaller soft one. The larger one lies parallel to me, and the smaller one goes on top perpendicular. Weird, but that's how it works.

I get into bed and read or watch TV for a bit. Once I feel the "I'm falling asleep" feeling, I just stop wherever I am, turn the light off, get into position and fall asleep.

I do have insomnia on occasion. It's most often of the type where I fall asleep for a brief period of time - sometimes just half an hour - and then suddenly, almost violently, wake up. I occasionally have bouts of acid reflux, which wake me up the same way. When that happens, I'm sort of stuck awake for at least an hour (and sometimes a lot longer). At that point, I get out of bed and go do something boring until I feel sleepy again. I get a lot of housework down this way.

i sleep on my stomach like a starfish or on my back with my arms over my head. I dont sleep talk or walk or snore as far as i know, but everyone else in my family does. My dad once sleep walked into the neighbors house and asked if he could sit in their fire :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I sleep on my left side. Usually laying straight or curled up in a ball.

    Horribly

I won't stay in one spot for more than 10 mins
I generally start on my stomach, but often end up somewhere else(such as the floor)by the time I wake up
I've been told I snore and sleep with my eyes open

Badly. I wake up just about every hour or two and have to roll over because I'm uncomfortable. And basically I have to stay up very late every night because if I'm not completely exhausted when I go to bed I won't sleep at all.

Sometimes I sleep in a sort of loose fetal position. Other times I sleep like a log.

All doors must be closed before I get to sleep. That includes cupboard doors. If the bedroom door is open I will be able to hear everything that happens in the rest of the house. My watch must be put far away or tucked under a pillow for a similar reason, as I can hear that thing from a mile away. I also need to sleep in total darkness.

Throughout the night, I wake up at precisely 3.15, then 4.30, then 4.45, then some time after 5. Sometimes I wake up at 2.45 first, and I will not be able to go back to sleep after 5. Depending on my sleeping position I might toss and turn. I usually move more in the fetal position, whereas if I sleep in the log I wake up in that same log. If I did try to sleepwalk, I'd probably bang my head against the ceiling and wake up immediately as I sleep on one of those bunk bed with a desk underneath. That means I sleep less than a metre below the ceiling.

It's usually either on my stomach or on my side.
