What is your favorite animal and why?

I like monkeys/orangutans/apes due to them being our genetic cousins; and tigers due to that being my Chinese birth year, the animal I chose to be my ''transformation'' in a game I played with my brother when we were younger, and my grandad's nickname for me.

 

Octopus because the tentacles. They are also majestic and cool.

 

Wolves. Always has been, no particular reason that I can think of. I think they're adorable and I'm quite the lone wolf.

 

Cats. Because cats.

 

I have a love for mosquitoes, those are by far my most favourite animals. <3 Everyone thinks they are annoying but I think they're so incredibly cute. :love:

Okay but seriously, I love (wild) cats and birds (as a species) the most

 

Fish!

My pet betta fish is my whole world, I would be more devastated to lose him than the mammals in our house. I also have grown to not like dogs or cats as much due to the ones we have constantly making messes. Tanks are easier to clean for me. Thirdly, I empathize with fish since people think of them as lesser animals not as deserving of life as others, which has also been my experience as a disabled person.

Second favorite animal would be reptiles. I am not a fan of mammals.

 

Turkeys. I find them absolutely adorable.

 

I watched a documentary about giraffes the other day and now I really want a pet baby giraffe! :love: Since that is probably not going to happen, I will just go with cats, but I also like dogs. Actually I like pretty much all animals, but I am terrified of spiders and don't have much love for most other arthropods either. They need to stop being creepy!

 

Wolves. Because I like how they live.

 

Snakes. I can't really explain why, though. At heart I am very much a Slytherin.

 

I love wolves, tigers, and foxes.

It may not be an original choice but I've always loved wolves and I always will. I connect with them in a way that's different from other animals. They are fierce, misunderstood, and very social creatures. They also sometimes show up in my dreams.

 

I've always loved dolphins. So adorable, despite having an odd facial structure. They're also just so majestic, swimming the ocean. I also love the bond they seem to have with us silly humans.

Second are red pandas.....they're the cutest. I want one as a pet.

 

Cats. cats. cats. cats.

I seriously cry every time I look at these cute little babies. So huggable.<3

My fave animals are humans because they can be lots of fun in small doses

My fave non-human animals are domestic cats because they're cute, soft, and generally independent

My fave wild animals are foxes. There are lots of awesome animals, so it's difficult to pick XD

 

Favourite pet: It's a toss-up between dogs and cats. But if I have to choose one or the other, then dogs.

Why? (Dogs) Because they are loyal, they are always happy to see their people (pack) and they are smart and love unconditionally.

Why? (Cats) Because they are smart, independent and also love unconditionally (When they feel like it)

Favourite farm animal(s): Horses and cows

Why? (Horses) Because they are graceful, elegant, some are very affectionate and a bonus is, you can ride 'em. Giddy up!!!

Why? (Cows) I mean, have you ever had a cow lick your hand? It feels awesome, and they are cuddly and you can get milk from them (And they taste great too, though I'd never slaughter one of my own if I ever owned cattle)

Favourite sea animal: Seahorse

Why? Because they are super adorable, and come in a variety of colours and sizes, and they are namesakes of my favouritest farm animal

Favourite wild land animal: Zebra

Why? Because stripes. They are just that awesome. 'Nuff said

I love ALL animals, even the cold, slimy ones like lizards and frogs and snakes (but will only hold non-venomous ones). Maybe I'm a freak, but I'm an absolute animal fanatic! They are awesome!!!

Why? Because I can!!!!!!!!!

 

Cats.

 

I really like reptiles. Geckos (gargoyle or crested) are probably my favorite, but snakes are a close second (no particular type).
