Are you an early morning person or a night person. Me? I'm a night person. I have a good meal, have some time alone while others are sleeping and able to reflect on the day. Not to mention, it's cooler at night.
I don't know what to put in, I'm sleepy before 6 and after 11. So neither? I need either 1.5 plus 6.5hrs or continuous 7-8hrs.
If I get 8 hours of sleep, then I'm okay with whatever schedule I tend to be extremely energetic during nighttime and very early morning (unless I'm asleep lol), so I think I'm closer to being a night owl
Back when I suffered from daytime depression, I always looked forward to the night. It was the only time I felt better, and I hated to wake up early because that meant the depression would go on for much longer. I still prefer night though, it feels like I'm a part of it.
I'm a night owl, definitely. I've never been able to understand people who get up at the break of dawn because they want to. Getting up at 5:45am for work on a Saturday is almost enough to make me crumble.
I prefer nights but ever since I got my job, I've become an early bird due to having to wake up very early.
I'm neither. I'm extremely tired in the morning to the point where I can't seem to speak (although I usually get out of bed before nine), and I get tired very quickly in the evening. I would never stay out of the house past 8:00pm/20:00, because I get extremely sleepy and cranky and sometimes start crying or acting out. Yup, I'm weird like that. o.o I'm at my best in the early evening, I guess, but it depends on what's going on. I'm never really energetic.
Another night owl over here! I wish I was more of an early bird though. If I can manage to get to sleep at a decent time I tend to wake up early on my own. But it's so hard for me to fall asleep most nights. Of course no matter how early I goto sleep, waking up before 6am is not happening.
At my most productive when I first wake up, slowly getting less and less throughout the day although strangely breakfast is my least-fav meal of the day...
